Fire

1. Open a picture of a flame with a black background and the picture you want the flame on 
2. Place the flame on a new layer over the picture you want to apply it too
3. Then put the layer in "SCREEN" Mode 
4. Rezise and apply, You're DONE. (You can do this by going to EDIT > TRANSFORM > SCALE)
